At Big Potato Games, we want you to love your new style as much as a fresh deck of cards. If your apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items in their original bags.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location in your area.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
